The connection may be Wi-Fi or may be provided by your mobile network provider, but /*DEFOULT*/ cannot be held responsible if the App does not function fully if you do not have access to Wi-Fi.

If you are using the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, please note that the terms of your contract with your mobile network provider will apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for connection-time data charges or other third-party fees when accessing the App. You are responsible for any such charges, including data roaming charges, when using the Application if you use the Application outside of your home area (such as a region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not a payer for the device you are using the app on, please note that we assume you have permission from the payer to use the app.
